I got my ring resized and the staff were all very accommodating and welcoming. They had my item ready for collection just when they had told me, and charged me exactly what they originally quoted. Very professional, and just lovely service. Highly recommended!

Delighted with the remodelling of two old rings and the adjustment of a third ring. I had been unable to wear these for quite a while but now have beautiful unique and modern rings whilst still retaining the memories and unique history of the old ones. Charlotte has been fantastic from the beginning of our quest for my daughters wedding ring. We came to her at very short notice, after searching all the usual jewellers to be repeatedly told yellow gold is out of fashion - youll have to pay more for us to track one down. Charlotte to the rescue! My daughter had a very precise style she wanted made and Charlotte created the design to absolute perfection. We cant thank her enough for helping to make my daughter Abi and her now husband Joshs day so wonderful. Cant recommend her enough ...she is so communicative, reassuring
