Had an issue with a Landlord (not a Bricknells Landlord) not returning my deposit and was looking for some advice. New to renting so not sure on the rules. Spoke with Dawn at Bricknells who was fully aware of all the regulations and compliance that my Landlord should have followed. Advice was clear, specific and concise.
