Peques Within Fullham Bapist Church
Here's to 22 years of precious memories of all the wonderful families that have graced our doors. See for yourself why everyone is talking about our multilingual Peques Anglo-Spanish Nursery Schools, arrange a visit online now! Since 1999 I have seen many children passing through our nurseries and due to evolution the difference is incredible from the child of then to the child of today.

Thanks to globalisation and the way we are living in the world children are not the same as 10 or 15 years ago. Scientific and technological changes, understanding the world as a global village where there are no boundaries in communications, the discovery of horizons that until recently were unknown and that children are recognized as citizens of the planet.

Faq
Report
A. Actually, you just speak to her. The more interaction she gets in the different languages the better. In the end, multilingual children learn exactly the same way as monolinguals, they just assimilate more than one language. A. Aside from the obvious advantage of being able to speak more than one language, it impacts your child positively in the sense of self-esteem, future job opportunities and ability to live and travel abroad.
Guidance & Advice
Report
Parents of bilingual children usually keep rather close tabs on the speech development of their children. If something seems to be outside the (rather arbitrary) confines of 'normal, ' the first question always seems to be "Should we revert to only one language?" In most cases the answer is a hearty "No, " since bilingualism in its own right does not in any way harm normal speech development.
SEND Local Offer
Report
At Peques we provide an environment in which all children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are supported to reach their full potential. We have regard for the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice (2014) and have in place a clear approach for identifying, responding to, and meeting children's SEN.
Nutrition
Report
Diet is central to health and therefore children's diet is an important influence on their health now and in the future. It is important that we promote health and demonstrate a positive approach with regards to food and healthy eating patterns. This is a key part of our work to support "Every Child Matters" and to prepare the children for their lives ahead.
