I just rented a flat through Battersea & Nine Elms Estate, honestly, I was very pleased with the fact that they were very attentive to my needs and requirements. Not every agency works like this. I have been with 5 agencies in the past years and this is one of my favorites (I had only one before that). Ben has been fabulous for finding me the perfect flat and making an offer. Patricia and Simone amazing for taking care of all the paperwork and giving me advices. And the same goes for Anna, my property manager with whom I am sooo pleased , there were some little issues in the flat and she organised
