We provide the local area with a dedicated and beautiful space in which to practice yoga. Weekly community classes provide low cost yoga and support our charity partner Fierce Calm.

Learn how to teach the classes you love to take. We teach you the principals of alignment, movement, observation, sequencing, assisting and yoga wisdom. Most importantly, you will cultivate the heart of a yogi. Learn from the most experienced and inspirational yoga teachers, through practice teaching, partner work and group discussions.

During this 60 minutes power yoga class, we discover the energy of the breath, inviting it to guide us through a strong and dynamic flow. By allowing our focus to settle on our inhales and exhales, we create more space for clarity and stillness within our minds, whilst moving through asanas that are accessible to all levels.

Welcome to PYC, our little sanctuary in South West London. The perfect place for both beginners and seasoned yogis to explore Yoga - time to recharge, energise and transform. Our Intro Offer is the best way to experience a variety of PYC classes, online or in person. All you need to bring is comfy clothing and a towel.
