After a flood we discovered the issue was a chewed elbow joint on the radiator. After it was repaired we discovered the next joint was chewed and the next. I called John and he came out same day, was very informative and let us know it could have been both mice or rats, possibly coming in via our neighbours house. Within a day the bait was taken. John came back a week later, lay more bait and advised us to wait another week. Fortunately no bait was taken and it seems our problem is now at an end. I've no hesitation in recommending John/Asland and will certainly use him again should the problem

John completed his rodent treatment at my property about 6 weeks ago. I initially called him as I heard some stones falling in the wall followed by scratching noises. John was respectful of the property, professional, personal and his knowledge in the field is second to none. The issue was resolved in 3 visits and I am happy to say I have had no issues since. Highly recommended

John was fantastic, we had a rodent issue at a property in Preston, John came the next day, explained how they have gotten in (through an outside old toilet drain) and fixed the issue after his second visit! I would recommend John to anyone who is wanting a quick, professional and great service! He isnt scared of anything!!
