Found wasps behind our wooden cladding on a Sunday. Messaged Andy and received a response very quickly. Arranged for him to come and deal with them the very next day whilst I was at work. I was worried about him damaging the new cladding but he took care and did it using extension poles rather than ladders to avoid damage. Price was less than Wigan council. When I arrived home from work they were totally gone and no sign of them has been seen since. Couldn't be any more perfect.

Gave a quick call to ask for advice on a ladybird problem, also thinking I'd need a house visit. The gentleman was very honest that a house visit most likely wouldn't be needed and adviced what to do to rid our windows not ladybirds. Thank You
