Do not use this company if you have any mobility issues. I booked a recent trip and confirmed drop off venue on booking, which was confirmed with the driver on the day.,My husband has mobility issues and cannot walk very far. The driver then decided to drop us off further from the agreed point, which necessitated an up hill,walk for my husband. This caused him extreme pain and ruined our trip., I contacted Hunts on our return and their response was " It was only a five minute walk!!" Obviously for an able bodied person, but not someone who is disabled. This company obviously has no regard for accessibility

Hello.just a quick note after returning from our trip to Liverpool. To start with the help of Tracy with our booking she was great, and the coach was absolutely fabulous, very clean, very comfortable and driven by a very good driver. Ben was first class in every way , great driver, great personality, and drove the coach very smoothly ! Our stay at the Hotel was very good, service was excellent and the room was comfortable! Even the weather was good to us, so where are you taking us next ! Mr Huntyou should be very proud of your staff ! They are a credit to you ..so until next time a great

Absolute disgrace if you do use this sub standerd service ...don't be surprised if they DONT turn up or pick you up after ! Even for a bus service than runs every 2 HOURS THEY CANT EVEN DO THIS !
