We at Voyager Coffee have been on quite the journey: from a one-man start up all the way to the thriving, multi-award-winning coffee-hub that we are today. Throughout this period, the wild and beautiful South West landscape and coastline have remained our constant source of inspiration. We established our Voyager Coffee roastery on the edge of rugged Dartmoor in Buckfastleigh, where we lovingly hand roast each and every small batch.
In doing so, we continue to produce the most exciting and flavoursome single-origin coffee experiences and espresso blends for all to enjoy! At our heart, we are simply lovers of great coffee. We take pride in being the roasters at the forefront of Devon's exciting coffee scene. Sourcing rich and delicious coffees from sustainable farms around the world, Voyager Coffee supply to coffee shops, cafes, and hotels across the South West.

We believe in the power of people focused on something they love. The whole team is driven by a desire to see everyone, no matter where they are, enjoying remarkable coffees that have a positive impact on the planet. To start with I love to do as much as I possibly can - preferably outdoors.
My Saturdays usually start by popping to get a flat white from The Almond Thief on my way to watch my son's matches - ideally, I end up at the beach or maybe the moors if it's a gloomy day.I've got to say the taste - there are so many coffees to explore. But, it's also more than that - it's the social aspect, being able to connect with lots of different people.

Our Tea

Tea isn't just the comforting, steamy drink that we all grew up with, it is a chance to make a stand on quality, ethics, and our environmental impact. That's why, alongside our sustainable, hand-roasted coffees, we also have a selection of teas.
Having gained a reputation for discovering and roasting seriously good speciality coffee, the Voyager team gathered in the roastery on a misty morning in November, to discuss the concept of creating a selection of teas that far surpass your average daily brew. When we were kids we associated tea drinking with our grandparents, serving up a glorious homemade Victoria Sponge with a cup of Earl Grey poured from a fine china teapot.

The pourover method describes any brew method that works on gravity pulling water through ground coffee such as a Stagg Dripper or Chemex. One of the key differences between all the pourover methods from using. There's often nothing better than holding your favourite mug, feeling the warmth of it through your hands and breathing in deeply - the coffee intoxicating as you inhale.
