During a weekend trip in 1994, Alan & myself were inspired by a Caf we visited in Ross-on-Wye that served vegetarian food. We spoke on our experience and thought there may be a requirement for similar back home in Newton Abbot. Following our lovely trip, we returned home with our ideas and excitely discussed with family and friends.
