I've spent around 10 years honing my craft as a drainage engineer throughout the east riding of Yorkshire and north east Lincolnshire region. Working for the water board and other private drainage companies, it gave me a direct insight into the industry.
I took the plunge and set up as a sole trader in 2019 and Jet2Clear Ltd was born. I knew my skillset and knowledge of the industry, along with the ability to establish relationships, put me in a unique position to grow a firm unlike any other in the trade. Blocked toilets are a frustrating and messy experience for any home or commercial building resident. Toilets are not designed to cope with large amounts of waste such as nappies, sanitary towels, tampons, baby wipes etc. Other causes can be a clip on toilet freshener holders being flushed down the toilet, tree roots, broken pipes, and caustic soda.
Blocked Urinals

Limescale is insoluble in water and forms on the exposed surfaces of urinals and in the urinal pipe. Uric salts can cause additional blockages from build up on the toilet and urinal surfaces. Descaling a urinal will clean the pipe to the base of the trap although partially degraded scale can block the drain as it fall off the pipe.
