After an initial issue with communication and arriving for the appointment as scheduled, they did re book and I felt they put this right with good customer service and dealt with the raised issue accordingly and fitted the external tap in good time at a great price. I was happy with the result in the end and the price !

Couldn't fault the quality of service both pre & post job. Would recommend HJZ Ltd to anyone looking for a first class plumbing job.

No complaints at all for Henry at HJZ for fixing a leak we had with our toilet last Friday. Henry was knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. The job was bigger than expected but Henry finished it the same day and communicated about cost throughout.

Henry the plumber is very experienced, and helped us in an emergency when our radiator fell off the wall , which bent and split the pipes causing them to leak , he also give us knowledge of our system to help it keep running safely and efficiently . Would like to thank Henry from HJZ Plumbing for all his help during his visit to us , which he had repaired and re secured in just a few hours

After initial good service, we then had 2 showers replaced. Work was done in agreed timescale and for agreed rate. Very pleased with end result. No hesitation in recommending HJZ.

My house sprang a leak...Henry responded really quickly in coming round. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a price (which I felt was really reasonable) and carried out the work straight away. I'm really pleased with Henry's response, the price and quality of the work. Would definitely use HJZ again if we encounter any plumbing problems in the future.

Excellent service. Our boiler packed up due to being depressurised. The user instructions were pretty impenetrable so called a plumbing service. Henry arrived first thing the following morning. He fixed the issue, labelled all the boiler pipes for us and showed us how to fix it for ourselves next time it happens. Henry will be our go to plumber for any future plumbing work and we recommend his services without reservation.

Came out to repair a hole in a copper that I put a screw through! Did the job in no time and all is good. Very good service.

Henry came out the same day to fix a leak and fit some sprayers to the toilets. Arrived just after 5 and confirmed he was on the way and stayed until the job was done...some 2 hours later. Cleaned up after, was professional and polite. First class job with a really difficult fitting and pipe I had in the house. Henry fixed my toilet which was flushing itself and leaking constantly. This was repaired with new components and it is more efficient with water after being fixed. Henry also booked me in at short notice and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and tidied up after the repairs. I will be using Henry again for my future plumbing issues.

Fast, friendly and professional service. Henry booked me in on a Sunday after calling due to noticing a leak on the Saturday. He very quickly identified the problem (deteriorated sealant), replaced the sealant and left the bathroom tidy. The price charged was fair and reasonable.

Henry did a fantastic job removing an old toilet that was leaking and fitted our new one. Having had alot of bad experiences with previous plumbers, this was our 4th attempt to get a plumber, having never recieved a call back. But Henry took the job on and delighted with his work.
