The area where the castle is to be placed should be flat and level and clear of all obstructions. If the delivery driver needs to go up or down stairs or has a gap of less than 3 feet (approx 1 meter) you will need to inform us before booking.
Castlemania is based in Broadstone, while we concentrate our Bouncy Castles in the Poole, Dorset & Bournemouth, Dorset area, we will undertake deliveries to Blandford, Ringwood, Wareham, Verwood & areas in between.

A. We start delivering children's castles at 8am and try to have them all out before 11am. Collections start at 5pm. However, if you are in a hall, we will collect and deliver at times to suit you. A. No, but we can do adults castles overnight though, which are suitable for children as well. A. Castles can become slippery when wet so we advise you not to use them if they become wet.
