Our 1820 Farmhouse sleeps up to 14 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, featuring panoramic countryside views and two private balconies. The property includes a spacious kitchen-dining area with seating for ten, separate lounge, and utility facilities. Dapple Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at brook farm house cottage. The cottage was beautiful and out own private garden was a wonderful addition. The little playground at the back of the cottage was lovely for the little ones and a huge hit with my little boy. We had the best week in the isle of wight and it made it all the more enjoyable to have a lovely cottage to go back to after a busy day exploring.

A very special place to stay. We had a wonderful multi-generational holiday here. Brook Farmhouse was beautifully renovated in 2019 with no expense spared; it has quality furnishings, very comfy beds and everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of space and a large private garden. The local area is fantastic with miles of scenic footpaths straight from the door, and the quiet Brook beach within a 5/10 minute walk. We were even lucky enough to spot three seals playing just off-shore. Perfect for all ages, we can't wait to return next year.

We stayed in Palomino cottage - absolutely fantastic, such a great find. The accommodation was lovely, the hosts really friendly and the location is wonderful - 5 minutes to the beach, walks in every direction straight out the door, and a lovely pub a short stroll away. We are really looking forward to revisiting next year.

Fabulous cottage, beautiful environment and Mike could not have made us feel more welcome. A lot of thought has gone into the lovely furnishings, super comfy bed too, a real home from home. Also dog friendly, which was a must for us. Great walks right on the doorstep as well as easy access to a quiet beach. Thank you for another great stay.. well be back!

What an idyllic place to stay when visiting the Isle of Wight! Beautifully decorated cottages, perfect location walking distance to the beach and the most generous and friendly hosts Ive encountered. I couldnt recommend this place highly enough.
