I had my reception party here in 2021, rhey cheated and scammed me out of the dessert I had paid and signed for in the contract with Riverside. They only served half of the dessert, of which 1 item was a cheap and flavour less alternative (which they called a mistake)
After my reception I raised this concern and requested a partial refund for the dessert, after which I have heard nothing back from them, all calls and emails on this subject have been ignored. In addition to that it took over 2 months for them to return my damage deposit. Which was supposed to take no more than 1 week after the

A reasonable venue for weddings and parties. Ground floor capacity of around 100 and first floor in access of 400+. The staff were polite and courteous. Food was average to reasonable but was fresh and tasty.

I had my wedding here in 2020 unfortunately my wedding dress was ruined in the bridal room as there was a leak and smelt very bad which left a horrible yellow stain on my dress that cost over £4000. I spoke to Amit who dealt with us through out and he agreed to pay for dry cleaning whatever the cost. The corona lock down happen and I wasn’t able to… send my dress off, now 2021 I was able to get my dress dry cleaned, sent it off and sent the invoice of £250 over to Amit, he then passed this over to Geeta in accounts, it didn’t get accepted until a week later.
