Skylark is an independent cafe bakery serving up freshly prepared deliciousness in Leicester's Clarendon Park. We're a neighbourhood bakery with a cosy vibe; a family kitchen where we proudly create our cakes, bakes, cinnamon buns, savouries and afternoon teas every day from scratch using locally sourced, fresh produce whenever we can. It's for all these reasons that we are happy to say that Skylark is not only about nice cakes, but nice times too!

Enjoy a delicious 3 tier Afternoon Tea in our quirky cafe bakery. A platter of tasty sandwiches and pastries, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and preserves, two tiers of scrumptious cakes and treats and a bottomless pot of loose leaf tea from our wide range or a speciality coffee are all included.

Our cupcakes are freshly baked and decorated daily and each one of our artisan cuties is filled and decorated to create a perfect cakey treat. So whether it's to treat family, friends or work colleagues, order a box of delicious treats, beautifully gift boxed and make someone's day. We regularly update our cupcake flavours so if you don't see your favourite, just ask us, we'll be happy to bake it for you next time you're in!

Remember, all our cakes and bakes are suitable for vegetarians but we also bake for Gluten Free and Vegan diets so remember to mention when you're placing your order! Each one is carefully baked with fresh, natural ingredients in the traditional, homebaked way and provides generous portions to enjoy.
