Our two luxury barns sleep 4-5 guests in stylish, fully equipped surroundings. The Cider Barn features a medieval stone and thatched structure with contemporary comforts, while the Top Barn offers modern amenities with valley views. Both properties include Smart TVs, high-speed broadband, and fully equipped kitchens with Nespresso machines.
Heated Swimming Pool
The 10m x 4m indoor heated pool maintains 30C year-round, housed in a traditional oak-framed barn with glass bifold doors. The facility includes a stone-tiled surround, LED lighting, and deck chairs for relaxation. Pool access is allocated by time slots to ensure exclusivity for guests.
Family Activities
We provide a dedicated play area with swings, climbing walls, and a slide, plus beach toys including crabbing nets and boogie boards. The grounds feature walking trails, wildlife spotting opportunities, and safe outdoor spaces for children to explore the Devon countryside.

Beautiful scenery, fantastic accommodation including a gorgeous swimming pool and wonderful hosts. Everything you need is provided to ensure you don't have to pack the car to the brim. Wellies, dressing gowns, hairdryers, buckets and spades and so much more. Nearby Kingsbridge is a gorgeous little town with unique shops, restaurants and bakeries. Plenty of beaches on the doorstep as well as lots of National Trust locations. We will definitely be coming back as it is truly stunning!

Set in isolated ex farm buildings very nicely renovated. Access via a single track road, like many in the area. The heated swimming pool was great for the children, indeed for the whole family. The children enjoyed the stream and garden

Peaceful & relaxing a real taste of Luxury in the countryside loved every minute of my stay - I will definitely be back! home made cider and sausages were a lovely touch!
