Lovely cottage to use as a base. Negatives - Tide marks on hot tub which for a new development, should not be there. Some snagging issues in bathroom. Some missing crockery and no oven glove. Positives FAR outlay the negatives. Fabulous setting, wonderful size, perfect for two (or two plus a child). Really good access to lots of fun things to do. Really easy to book. Bottle of prosseco on arrival, which was amazing after a long journey from the North on a Friday. List of local eateries, shops and tourist locations. Incredible base for a holiday.

Lovely "Holly" cottage with great facilities, Dominic was a great help and always on hand for any issues. The hot tub was lovely and we would highly recommend staying here, we are looking forward to booking another stay in the future.

Fantastic cottages with great amenities. Close to lots of great tourist attractions but who needs it when you have your own pool, tennis court and so much space! We will definitely be booking again!

We stayed in Acorn cottage for a week, it was a stunning location and clean, well equipped cottage. The cottage was very comfortable. My children loved the swimming pool and games room. It is near a small town of Bovey Tracey, which had a good selection of shops, takeaways and cafes. It was ideally located for walks in Dartmoor. My husband used the fishing lake and caught a 10lb carp. Good pub which served food close by named Claycutters Arms. We rate this 5 stars plus
