Our Devon holiday cottages have a range of wonderful facilities included, available for guests to use depending upon which cottage they've booked. We have two large carp ponds on-site, so keen anglers can fish in peace and tranquillity, in addition to an all-weather outdoor tennis court, an indoor heated pool, sauna and a games room.
Our holiday lodges and cottages are surrounded by 24-acres of meadowland, perfect for exploring! We also offer some special additional services, such as massages and holistic treatments from our massage therapist, as well as manicures and facials from our beautician.

Here at Little Dunley Cottages, we have 11 beautiful holiday cottages for you to choose from. Our holiday cottages are equipped to sleep between 2 and 6 people. All of our 11 self-catering cottages in South Devon are set in 24 acres of beautiful, peaceful countryside, right on the edge of picturesque Dartmoor.
Lake View

This detached cottage sleeps 6 people, making it a fantastic option for larger group getaways or family holidays. Lake View cottage offers a traditional style with stone walls and rustic wood features. The ground floor has a spacious open-plan living and dining room equipped with a wood-burning stove.
Vine Lodge

This detached cottage offers a very spacious design which is perfect for group getaways and active family holidays. This is one of our most unique cottages, as it an upside-down house. It has been beautifully converted to create a stylish and modern property and furnished to a high standard. On the ground floor are the bedrooms.
Oaktree Cottage

This detached cottage is our second 4-person property. It is an ideal location for romantic getaways, small group getaways and active family holidays. This property is also a bungalow, giving a smooth transition to all the rooms in the cottage. Oaktree Cottage has a modern style with a traditional twist.

This property offers a lot of space, the living/ dining room area is open plan giving a spacious area for the family to wind down or play games together. For those cosy nights turn on the wood-burning stove to warm up by the fire. Through the patio doors, you will find a lawned area with an enclosed patio with table and chairs and your own private barbeque, a lovely place to spend the afternoon and evenings eating lunch or dinner outside.
