The only additional charge is a damage deposit which is refundable upon departure providing all is in order. Please see terms for damage deposit charges and conditions. The quoted price always includes parking, wifi, linens, toiletries, cleaning, all utilities (except telephone calls), tourist leaflets, information booklet, meet and greet at the property and a welcome hamper.
