Hired a car at short notice (same day) when we couldn't use our own on holiday thanks to the fuel crisis. Very straightforward pick up and drop off and nice friendly staff. Really reasonably priced and came with a full tank.

Customer service was friendly, helpful and quick what else could you ask for. They did an NHS discount which I was very thankful for. Car was very nice. Good orientation about its features. Will be a repeat customer :)

Exceptional service. Extremely polite and helpful staff answered the phone immediately. No pressing key pads or hanging on listening to tunes etc. When I required the car for less time than originally booked there was no problem getting a refund. I would always use them when I need a hire car.

Very pleased with our choice to hire from Norwich car hire. Phoned at short notice to hire a car for 5 days. James was very helpful and arranged a Renault Captur to be delivered to us at the campsite. Car was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. I was pleased to see a full tank of fuel. So much easier than those that are almost empty. Car was also collected from us which was ideal for us. Only disappointment was I didn't get the discount I was promised. Would definitely use this company again if in this area. Highly recommended.

Forget the big car hires when you need a car in town and use Norwich car hire. They are extremely helpful reliable and competitive. On a first day of a holiday my car broke down and in desperate need to salvage some holiday these guys came to the rescue. My own car was ready a day earlier than I thought so was able to return the car earlier. There was no problem and credited me a days hire a few days later. Thanks to Paul who run me to pick up my car from the garage as I had no idea where I was !
