Self-Catering Lodges
Our wheelchair-accessible luxury lodges in Lundin Links offer fully equipped, self-catering accommodation with extensive disability support equipment. Designed for comfort and inclusivity, they provide tranquil retreats for families and individuals. Located near the Firth of Forth, they combine modern amenities with scenic coastal views.

We provide a wide range of free-of-charge disability support equipment, including hoists, adapted bathrooms, and mobility aids. All items are bookable in advance to ensure availability. Our lodges are designed to meet diverse accessibility needs without compromising comfort or safety.
EV Charging Stations
Each lodge features dedicated EV charging points accessible via the Monta App. Additional public charging stations are available nearby through the ChargePlace Scotland network. We prioritise eco-friendly travel while ensuring convenience for guests.
Room Hire
The Paxton Centre offers versatile rooms for hire, including a large meeting room with sea views, therapy rooms, and smaller spaces for workshops. Facilities include free WiFi, presentation equipment, and catering options. Ideal for community events, meetings, and wellness sessions.

With over 18 years of charity management experience, Helen oversees Homelands' operations, finance, and marketing. She joined in 2024, bringing expertise from the Falkland Estate charity. Helen ensures seamless guest experiences and strategic growth.
Martina Goodman
Operations and Administration Assistant
Martina manages bookings, lodge maintenance, and guest support. A South Africa native, she relocated to Scotland in 2023 and joined Homelands in 2024. Her focus is on delivering efficient, guest-centric administrative services.

Place ment to be for ms suffers but now golfers can rent aswell . The women who gave this place to to Ms sufferes is turning in her grave

Fabulous wheelchair adapted accomodation and best ever have stayed in. They have thought of everthing and is spotlessly clean and beautiful garden area overlooking bay. Stayed here 3 times and will be back. Staff are so helpful

We had one of the cottages for a week, very clean and very well equipt. Good location, with plenty to do / see everyday. Loved the week. Highly recommend.

In September 2017 I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease which as most people will be aware is a severely debilitating, and ultimately terminal, illness. Faced with this diagnosis I have attempted to make the most of the time I have left with my immediately family, including my two young children. Within 12 months I found myself confined to a… wheelchair, requiring specialist equipment such as hoists and disability access to go about my daily business. In order to maintain as much normality as possible, for the sake of the kids, I scoured the internet in order to source holiday accommodation

What can I say that others haven't already said, this place is fantastic with everything you need provided or available to make your break with a disabled family member that much easier and the staff are brilliant, can't recommend Homelands highly enough
