Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathic treatment addresses musculoskeletal issues through hands-on techniques. We assess posture, joint mobility, and soft tissue health to create tailored treatment plans. This approach helps alleviate back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries while considering patients' overall wellbeing.
K-Laser Therapy
K-Laser therapy accelerates tissue repair and reduces inflammation through targeted light energy. This non-invasive treatment complements osteopathy for chronic pain conditions and sensitive patients. It enhances healing for ligament injuries, frozen shoulder, and arthritis without manual pressure.
Chronic Pain Management
Specialised care for long-term conditions like fibromyalgia and arthritis combines osteopathy with functional medicine. We address pain mechanisms through manual therapy, lifestyle modifications, and patient education to improve quality of life and reduce symptom flare-ups.
Sports Injury Treatment
Our sports injury rehabilitation integrates osteopathy and exercise prescription. We treat common athletic injuries while addressing biomechanical imbalances. Personalised recovery plans help patients return to activity safely, with prevention strategies for future injuries.
Postural Analysis
We evaluate postural patterns through dynamic movement analysis and patient history. This assessment informs treatment for posture-related pain while respecting individual comfort zones. Education focuses on sustainable posture improvements rather than rigid corrections.

Report
Went to David with a neck and shoulder problem. I'm now 3 sessions in and able to ride my bike again. Also able to get a decent night's sleep which was impossible previously due to the pain. I couldn't recommend his service enough. Very friendly and knowledgeable

I first saw David over 10 years ago and he sorted out sciatica for me with no recurrence and I've seen him again today for a hip issue and he's worked his magic again. Would highly recommend
