Highly recommended. Acupuncture with Alex is helping me get a handle on a long-term condition, where other treatments have completely failed. As part of this, Alex is helping me to explore some mind-body connections, and how emotions and experiences impact physical wellbeing. I have a lot of pain in my waist area, A friend of mine would suggest that I get acupuncture done immediately. I called Alex this morning to get acupuncture done. Alex told me "there are too many acupuncturists in York, I'm sure you'll find someone for today"
