David always had an interest in Hypnotherapy and found over the years that people would confide in him and listen to the helpful advice he offered. So a few years ago he decided to become a fully trained Clinical Hypnotherapist and devote more of his time to help people deal with the things life tends to throw at them.

The way the mind works is a very efficient system. Basically it learns in two ways. Either through a repetitive, continuous response such as when smoking or biting nails or even eating too much. At first it isn't natural, it may be bought on by anxiety or other exceptional circumstances and can even be quite uncomfortable.

Having had two boys myself who are now thankfully totally dry (well 99.9% anyway, apart from the odd, deep sleep, non routine, occasion.) I know what it's like to be perched on the side of the bath at 3:30 am trying to hold your eyes open and not fall in.
