Located on Grove Business Park, the club was opened in 2004 by husband and wife Jason and Lisa Auchinvole. Their aim is to provide a high standard of service and a wide variety of equipment which serves the local, rural community. With easy access and generous proportions, the club has been thoughtfully used to its full potential yet still allows a feeling of space and flexibility.

From Pilates to Bootcamp and Active Mobility to Hip Hop Cardio, there really is something for everyone. All classes are FREE for members. Non-members are welcome at a cost of 8.40 per class. Class numbers are currently limited so book in via FitSense and please make sure you cancel if you are unable to attend so that we can give your space to someone else.

Membership can be purchased by anyone over the age of 16 years. If you are over the age of 18 years you have the option to apply for monthly direct debit payments. If you are under 18, you can pay in full for your membership, or provide a third party who is over the age of 18 and has agreed to make the payments on your behalf.

We understand how hard it is to take the first step into the gym or into a class. It's why we go to great lengths to make sure our team have all bases covered with options for all levels of fitness.
Class Descriptions

This easy to follow step class promises to be lots of fun. It will include basic steps that are perfect for beginners, along with progressions for those more experienced and wanting to be more creative. Using a barbell and weights you will follow a sequence of endurance toning exercises to sculpt and change your body shape and feel great.
