Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathy treatments address musculoskeletal pain through hands-on techniques that improve structural balance and mobility. Practitioners identify root causes of discomfort in the spine, joints, and soft tissues, using gentle manipulations to stimulate natural healing processes. This approach benefits patients with chronic pain, postural issues, and sports-related injuries.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture sessions utilise fine needles at specific points to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. This traditional technique complements osteopathic treatment by improving circulation and nervous system function. Patients often experience immediate symptom relief for conditions like migraines, arthritis, and muscular tension through this evidence-based complementary therapy.
Sports Injury Rehab
Sports injury rehabilitation combines manual therapy with targeted exercise programs to restore mobility and strength after athletic injuries. Our practitioners assess movement patterns to identify contributing factors, creating progressive recovery plans that prevent re-injury while optimising performance for amateur and professional athletes alike.
Exercise Rehabilitation
Customised exercise programs address muscular imbalances and improve functional movement patterns. These rehabilitation plans incorporate stretching, strengthening, and postural correction exercises tailored to individual capabilities, helping patients regain independence and prevent future musculoskeletal issues through active self-management.
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy employs subtle techniques to release tension patterns in the skull and throughout the body. This gentle approach benefits patients with headaches, TMJ disorders, and stress-related conditions by restoring natural rhythmic movements and improving nervous system function without forceful manipulation.

Chris is amazing. His grasp of anatomy is obviously phenomenal and he is a highly skilled oesteopath. But it's more than that. He's a friendly face who just puts you at your ease. During the course of your treatment, he manoevers you to help release whatever bit of your body is broken. For me it's mainly shoulders. Chris is a key factor in my determination to get better. We know several people called Chris so we distinguish this one by calling him "magic hands". If you are reading this, you are probably considering going to see Chris. Just book. It'll be the best thing you can do to get better

Very friendly caring and relaxing...you are never rushed and the information you are given is very professional. A full history is taken before any treatment begins which is extremely important and reassuring. I have found the treatment to be so helpful in managing my situation so I do not have to rely on medication alone.

My neck was causing me some issues that were starting to control my life. Rachel was excellent at giving me advice and now deals with the odd flair up I have. Other practices I have been to seemed more interested in trying to extract as much money as they could.
