The company launched from a Darras Hall Clinic providing MSK physiotherapy assessment and treatment to private patients 1 day per week, and has since grown into one of the leading private MSK physiotherapy providers in the North East.

Clients can self-refer without the need to see their GP first, or clients can be referred through an intermediary company, insurance company or Solicitor following an accident. Physiotherapy Matters is registered with all major insurance companies such as AXA PPP, BUPA, Cigna, Simply Health, Pru Health, WPA, AVIVA, Standard Life and many more.
