Panic on Saturday morning. As a single retired lady I was horrified to find a flat tyre on my car and no one to help. Called Sandhurst Mot centre and they invited me to come in even though it was 12.30 and they shut at 1pm. My car was taken care of immediately. They are such a professional and helpful company, I'm really pleased to recommend them with confidence.Thank you.

These crooks tried to ripoff my 87 year old father...when i took him back to collect his car after a 256 service my dad who used to own his own garage asked me to check the oil level which i did and what a surprise oil had not been changed..same black oil on dipstick..the owner a complete liar said that the oil goes black after running the engine a while and then says we'll change it again but it was changed as he watched the mechanic do it....after getting the car back in the garage and changing the oil with my father and i watching it was checked again on dipstick and guess what the oil was

You cannot trust the servicing quotes given on the website. The cost of my service was considerably more than I was quoted despite giving the car registration . Apparently the oil cost more than expected despite the fact that the car is a 1.0l Fiesta surely one of the most common cars that they would service. I was also told that the website quote was a 'from' price, however there is nothing on their site to say this, of course this also gives an excuse to up the price after they have done the work as they did to me. Also they tried to add about 300 of essential repairs to be done, this is despite

Took car to get MOT at local shop, who said they wouldn't work on the fails because hybrid whatever. Searched for garages that would work on hybrids and found Sandhurst MOT. Took 3 WEEKS to get an appointment for MOT repairs. Went back to original shop to get MOT and it failed on the SAME ITEMS that were supposed to have been fixed at Sandhurst. Incredibly frustrating when you know you're being taken advantage of but can't do anything about it
