What lovely people! Initially went to wrong workshop despite very clear signposting but staff were very helpful and cheerful - directed us to right place where the experience was positive too! It is refreshing to go into a garage and feel welcome.

Very disappointed in the response from this garage, booked an appointment for a VCA Certification check on our motorhome over the phone with a chap called Alan, got the feeling he was not sure of what a VCA check was so popped in with the information provided by the DVLA, good job I did as they had no clue about this requirement, promised to call me back once they had verified the details, no call back and I had to call them, once again I was promised a call back, 3 days later still waiting. Very unprofessional.

The people who work here seem like decent chaps. Had a service and cam belt done as well as an MOT and they quickly sorted an ABS fault that would have caused it to fail. They keep you updated and confirm costs at every step of the way. Its also good to see that they use e-mail which I find convenient and they are very quick to reply. Will be using Forest from now on.
