My mother was sent here for respite and was administered "the chemical cosh" to treat her dementia. Dreadful facility.

Poorly run. Underage Meds, no dementia training given to staff when required. 1 star is being generous. How they have not been shut down is amazing. All in all a terrible place to be

My father has been at Dorrington for some time now. And the care and understanding of the staff through the stages of his Alzheimers has been second to none.. the staff are always kind and approachable. Recently my father has been in and out of hospital. The staff have gone over and above to support me and my father in this process. I just want to say a huge thank you .i would say its more than care from staff to management there is love shown and Huge empathy on what is a difficult journey watching a loved one go through .. bravo and And the food is great...
