Very impressed with my experience at innovation. I didn't really have a clue what I needed to achieve my desired result before I booked, but went in and had an in depth consultation with Deannah, who went through everything with me and gave me her thoughts on what would (and wouldn't) work with my hair. When I left, I felt confident that she could achieve the result I was after, and I was right. The appointment lasted a fair few hours, and throughout the whole appointment she was very thorough, attentive and professional. I was so happy with my highlights and the cut is probably one of the best
