Booked a cab for our wedding after speaking to a helpful lady on the phone, was quoted a price, which whilst expensive I did understand as it was in Cullompton. As there was 9 of us the car was going to do 2 trips, and was offered the second at a cheaper rate as the car was in the area. The following week I phoned back to enquire about booking another journey for a guest, and ended up speaking to the office manager. Very unhelpful and frankly rude. Was told that the price I was given the week before would not be honoured, I would be charged full price for both trips (only 0.5miles apart). The reason

Huge apologies to Frankie's: We'd booked a taxi for Bampton Horse Fair after our wedding. Things didn't go according to plan and the driver turned up on time, but, due to other fares, couldn't wait for us. We did pay a cancellation fee to compensate and hope to actually travel with this punctual and polite firm in the near future.

After calling over 10 times no answer. I understand it is 4 in the morning but it says 24 hours so don't understand why there is no answer been trying for 3 hours with no answer. Stuck in the rain waiting for answer.

Brilliant service, Martin & Ahmet were great with their timing and provided a perfect experience, highly recommend using this service as I will definitely be doing so when I am next in Tiverton!
