Hired a taxi regularly for 1day a week 2ways to start with they were ok (admin not too good)
2 years later bad timing or no taxi at all after having to complain about no taxi turning up or 20 mins late was told that they were not doing run any more
Feeling very let down and angry about the treatment. I cannot complain about the drivers as they were most helpful.

Driver took me the wrong way to barnstaple train station, driving through the middle of town and through a traffic jam rather than reading the road signs. That mistake cost me most of a tenner! Plus his card reader didnt work and I had a train to catch!

B-Line taxis has improved a lot over the years, they were always pretty good but they have moved with the times and send you a text to confirm a booking and another when they arrive to you with a description of the vehicle.
