We booked a 16 seater bus to take us from Alfred's to Celtic Manor and back! They could not have been more helpful!
Making the booking was easy - Steve our driver was brilliant! The price was fantastic too! I booked after hearing good reviews via word of mouth - I would definitely book again!

Booked a 16 seater for a wedding, spoke 2 weeks explaining how nervous i was as we were going with the groom! booked for 8:30 he arrived early (fair play) I apologised we were running a late at 8:50 chucked the bags out the car and drove off! called him begging him to come back as we had the groom and we booked more time than we know we needed so we were going to come back much earlier. But he had no compassion what so ever. He said he wont have enough time now! when i explained we booked 2 hours extra but ill pay extra we'll cut the ceremony short he still didn't budge. Never dealt with a company

What an absolute waste of time calling, go to book a mini bus for 12 in the afternoon to take the family out for a meal, I live close to a rugby club so the easiest option would be to pick up from there, as soon as I mention that I want to be picked up from there he refuses to even negotiate a different location and puts the phone down, if I could I wouldn't give any stars at all.

Well my father in law booked Buddies coach hire 8 weeks ago for 10 members of our family to get to Gatwick airport for our holiday. 2 days before we travel and not having a call back as promised my father in law rings company to discover that not only did they not remember how many were in our party but they had us booked in for collection the day before our return . journey!! We were then told to look around for another company while they tried to sort another driver for us. I would strongly NOT recommend this company. Very stressful trying to arrange other transport the day before your travel
