Delays with dry clening and poor iterations. I have given trousers for repair and dry clean and after two weeks came to pick it up. The trousers were handed back to me wih a charge of 16 without dry clean or iterations! After picking it up the second time, the iterations were made but no dry cleaning. The iterations had long bits of lining sticking out. It took me 3 visits to receive my trousers. I have been charged 16 and not offered any compensation for the delay.

They made a silly error with some adjustments on some trousers I took there that I needed for a wedding. They did everything they possibly could do resolve the issue, bought replacement trousers and sent them to the wedding venue. Fantastic customer service resolving a mistake. This is rare!
