I rang up for an appointment to see dentist and was asked to pay in advance which I did. waited several weeks for my appointment. On the appointment date was sent a text stating my appointment had to be cancelled. I had to then chase to get a refund. Talking to the receptionist her reply was she doesnt know how to refund me, then after a pain staking while she finally finds a way of refunding me, I yet to wait & see if my refund appears back into my account. I will never go back to this such a poorly organised surgery. An absolute waste of time they are.

Referred to by 111 from receptionist to all members of staff are great .I had broken teeth which was sorted in a short period of time by very fantastic dentist .I will recommend this dental surgery to everyone.
