About
Report
We firmly believe that one of our most important jobs is to arm you with everything you need to know in order to make informed decisions about your oral health. If you have any questions at all, please ask. Ask your dentist. Ask your hygienist. Ask the nurses and the receptionists. Call us, email us, write to us.
Emergencies
Report
The most important thing to remember is that we're here for you and if you are in pain or concerned about a problem with your teeth or gums, the best thing to do is to call us. Often the dentist on call will be able to advise you on the phone and there will always be someone available to see you. Whatever the dental emergency, the best course of action is to try and calm your child and call us as soon as possible.
Implants
Report
Dental implants are the best like-for-like way to replace missing teeth, both from an aesthetic and a practical point of view. They enable you to chew, speak and smile with confidence and help you maintain your appearance by stopping bone loss. Unlike a traditional bridge, they will not affect healthy adjacent teeth, and also pose a lower risk for cavities as they are easier to clean.
Facial Aesthetics
Report
Keeping your mouth healthy and having a knock-out smile can take years off you. But when you've worked hard to achieve this it can be frustrating if frown lines, crows' feet and sagging cheeks and jowls distract from the result. Suitable for both men and women, non-permanent injectable treatments have been successfully used for decades, to soften wrinkles and plump skin.
Dental hygiene
Report
As most adults will suffer from gum disease at some point during their lives, regular visits to the hygienist should be part of your oral health routine. If plaque is left on teeth it can turn hard (known as tartar) and be impossible to remove at home. This is the primary cause of gum disease, so being able to control plaque build up is crucial to keeping gums healthy.
