Delicate Catering was founded in 2010 by passionate chef and foody Martin Krop. The third-generation chef has been pottering about in the hotel kitchens since he was knee high. Martin had an opportunity to further develop his love for food and skills in the preparation and presentation while working alongside professional chefs in continental Europe and Scotland.

Delicate Catering is based in Inverness, Scottish Highlands - up to 30 min by car from favorite holiday destinations - Aviemore ( Cairngorm mountain), Carrbridge, Nethy Bridge, Boat of Garten, Loch Ness, Drumnadrochit, Black Isle, Tomatin, Moy, Findhorn, Cawdor, Nairn. If we didn't cater at the venue before, we will ask you a few questions about the kitchen.
