Harry Fraser has been in the catering industry as a chef for the past 40 years, 18 of those years have been spent building a successful, high quality catering company. Gwen has been a part of the team since 1992 and spent 20 years in the catering industry before joining Harry's team. As operations director Gwen is in charge of all functions and events from first enquiry to the actual day itself and she will ensure your day runs smoothly.

Our BBQ menus come in all shapes and sizes, from the traditional burgers and sausages to spit roasts, langoustines and salmon. BBQ's are generally associated with the summer months but it can be quirky and original to have a BBQ in December, we will be happy to cater for your BBQ any time of the year.
