Should this situation arise, we would refer you to the relevant ADR (Alternate Dispute Resolution) provider, either the National Conciliation Service (NCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), depending on the nature of the dispute. We are also proud to be members of the Trust My Garage (TMG) scheme, a nationally recognised customer assurance scheme.
