First time using Richmonds to visit a West End Show . Excellent service in every way from enquiry to return. Perfect theatre seats, Luxury coach travel and pleasant helpful driver, Communications excellent even with the pandemic. In all a perfect day/time i will definitely want to do again with them.

We had a fantastic time

I've been on a few day trips and short holidays with Richmond's since May and have been impressed with the care they take with a coaches and the number of people able to travel. Went to Highclere Castle yesterday which was excellent and a lovely day. The only downside was that a number of us didn't realise that our ticket didn't include the Egyptian exhibition and that we could have bought the ticket on the gate for that particular thing. Other than that it was an excellent day and I'm ready for my next holiday.

Great service, outdated petty rules. Considering on public transport you can now sit anywhere, and even on buses stand, we were very annoyed to find some seats marked out of use, stopping three of us who booked together sitting together. When my girlfriend moved from her seat and sat next to me (which was marked out of use), the driver proceeded to stop the coach in Whitstable high street and asked her to move. One, this was extremely petty, but two was illogical as there was no one sitting behind me, but plenty sitting behind where she was with her mother. I suspect the whole of the coach was

My mum and I have just got back from a Richmond's mid week break. BRILLIANT
Diane joined us and we felt very safe and well looked after. Our coach driver Alan was
happy to drop us off very near to the planned activities and was professional, but friendly. The Albrighton Hotel was perfect, I went swimming every morning, just me in the pool - perfect! We were well spaced out in the coach, marsks worn by all passangers. My mum, who is 79 would be happy to book a Richmond's holiday on her own and I would be reassured she would be looked after.
