W4 Chiswick Dentist, Dr. Andrew Michelmore at Chiswick Smiles Dental Practice, heads a multidisciplinary team of dentists and specialists who have been practising on Chiswick High Road for over sixteen years. We are a family practice that includes a Specialist Periodontist, Dr Thomas Gahan; Specialist Orthodontists Dr Chris Greeff and Mark Jackson and Prosthodontist Dr Nicol Mentz.
All services are provided under one roof and we have FREE ON-SITE PARKING available. If you have a dental emergency and are in need of treatment outside of surgery hours, we do provide a NO EXTRA CHARGE call out service.

Andrew is our practice principal and a general dentist who also co-ordinates cosmetic and advanced restorative treatments. Andrew has a special interest in endodontics - root canal treatments. Marta Kudrnova: Marta qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2000, and has been a member of our team since 2003.

Chiswick Smiles was opened at the very end of 2008, the team within though have been practising together for over 15 years now. The practice is conveniently located on Chiswick High Road within easy walking distance of both Turnham Green and Stamford Brook tube stations (zone 2). Bus routes within two minute walk are 190,267,391,27,237 and H91.
Your first visit
Report
Your initial consultation will be scheduled for approximately 45 minutes. This is a general check-up of your mouth, teeth and gums and includes two standard x-rays. At this time we will assess and discuss with you your dental needs, to discover from you your expectations and aspirations for the future of your teeth.

If you are a patient and refer a friend/spouse to see Dentist + Hygienist you will receive an in-house credit of 50. If you are a patient and refer a friend/spouse to see Dentist or Hygienist you will receive an in-house credit of 30. A credit of 50 is also available for a New patient referral to the periodontist or orthodontist.
