Amazing practice and customer service at its best. From the moment you walk in to be greeted by the lovely Razia and Magda (both of whom could not be any more helpful) to seeing Doctor Shah who is both extremely competent and incredibly reassuring, putting you at ease from the moment you walk in and taking you through every step of the way during any intervention to a point where our entire family enjoy going to the dentist! Unfortunately I was connected to this dentist through 111 after reading the over awful reviews I can understand my interaction with the dentist now. Very arrogant and rude. Did not want to help at all just prescribed antibiotics and told us to get lost. Avoid if possible there are many other good dentists around

I had been suffering severe pain in my gum due to a broken tooth all through the pandemic. Eventually the pain became unbearable and not being registered with a local dentist (live in Brentford) I had to call NHS 111 for help and advice. They were amazing and advised me they would get a dentist nearby to prescribe me antibiotics and book me in for an emergency appointment.
Dr Bains called me within the hour to advise me he would issue me antibiotics to collect from my local pharmacy to help with the infection. Within the hour the prescription was ready to collect. Then received another phone

Excellent practice. I have been a patient here for about 20 years. The staff are always very professional and friendly. A few years ago I saw Dr Shah, since then he has been my dentist, he is always very helpful and is brilliant with kids. I couldn't recommend him enough.
