Great job completed on replacement heat matrix to my BMW, after being let down by BMW main dealerships and paying a fortune for poor service for many years it is great to have work done at a fair price at a reliable and honest garage.

We recently bought a car from Croxdale and dealt with Richie throughout the whole process. I saw the vehicle advertised on Autotrader but it was a recent arrival so hadn't been prepped or photographed. The mileage was low and price competitive for the age, mileage and spec so I phoned up and spoke to sales manager, Ish. He had no problem finding and giving me the car's registration number so I could run a paid check for history, finance, write-offs etc. All came back fine and looked good on paper so I paid 100 to reserve at the beginning of the week with a view to visiting at the weekend to pay

Put a reservation down on a car online, to be called at a later point and be told it is sold. Currently waiting over a week for a refund. Quick enough to take money but not so keen on giving it back when they're in the wrong!

Took a 2016 white nissan juke for a test drive & found faults on dash the salesman said dont worry its because its been standing ahh okand left a deposit as the wife fell in love with it,Two weeks later after no word i asked for refund .His Reply was ok fine and put the phone down Avoid

Viewed and test drove a used car here. Michael provided fantastic service, honest advice, was very helpful, polite, attentive and completely understood my needs without any pressure whatsoever. The vehicle was immaculately presented, fairly priced and the whole operation was COVID secure. Even though I didn't end up buying the car (turns out that it didn't fit my frame comfortably) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great dealership. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long while.
