I saw a used car online so went on-spec' to see it the day before Christmas Eve. From start to finish an exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful and enjoyable experience being looked after by Nigel with Dawn there too for extra info'. Really, it couldn't have been better. Not at all pushy and by taking me through the pros and cons of the various finance options, Nigel saved me about 1k in interest too. The car was given a brand new MOT, service and a thorough going over and they presented it like a new pin. We picked it up, as arranged, just an hour before they closed for the Christmas
