As much as I knew I had come a long way on my 200 hours and had learnt so much I still had so many questions and so much to explore. I knew that I could go off by myself and read the books, do the practice, but I also felt that I'd benefit from the supportive environment of BSY and the excellent teachers there to help guide me.
Classes & Courses

Book your classes directly with your teacher, existing Bristol City Yoga passes can be used for Laura's classes only. All social distancing & in-studio safety is still in place, such as wearing a mask at all times apart from on your yoga mat. Take a look at our studio procedures here. More classes coming very soon!
Yoga for Anxiety

Yoga for Anxiety is a 6 month online course and collection of practices to guide you towards managing and alleviating your anxiety long term. This course is unique in that it can be adjusted for each individual. We recognise that anxiety is experienced in different ways at different times for different people, so in each module there are a range of practices you can combine to suit your mood, energy levels and anxiety symptoms.
