I cannot fault the Property Shop. They handled my sale in a professional but friendly manner. I had a dedicated person who handled it all and she was always available when I rang or emailed. Nothing was too much trouble and being a stickler for excellent customer service, I can honestly say they delivered on that. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic service by a friendly and efficient staff, we were contacted every week to let us know how the sale of our property was progressing. Basically it is exactly what you would want from an estate agent. Highly recommended.

We have recently sold our property with Property Shop and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had a buyer within a few days and they were so responsive to any issues or questions. Amy was brilliant, she guided us through every step and even dealt with difficult solicitors for us. However stressful things became Amy was there at the end of the phone/email and was always happy to deal with any issues. Great service and we would highly recommend them.

I rent a house from Property Shop in Accrington. I had an issue with the boiler, which was fine as things can break and go wrong, that can't be helped. I reported it on the Saturday morning and even on a weekend the plumber was there the same day within a couple of hours to fix it. Property Shop generally have been great. By far the best estate agent and letting agent in Accrington.
