Arrived to a half empty cafe, minutes after opening, to be told all tables are reserved and there was only outside seating... its January! Nowhere on the website did it suggest you should or can reserve a table.

We went for lunch with 80 yo parents. It was all ok, the room, the food, the service. It was all ok.
Mum really likes the place and raves about the food and friendly people. It missed me completely.

Atmosphere a little sparce, owner walked past me twice with a dirty old u-bend in his hands while I was eating, then stood chatting to someone with it in his hand (health and safety) were told could not sit by heater even though only us in and waitress lent through the middle of us eating and chatting to put a reserve sign on the table that was 3 hours away, why couldn't wait until we finished I don't know. Felt more in the way than a valued customer

Decent but they must've changed the recipe for the hollandaise sauce with the eggs Benedict, because it tastes just like slightly cooked egg yolk.
