Services
Reiki Therapy
Reiki therapy channels universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Practitioners use hand placements to induce deep relaxation, accelerate healing, and reduce stress. Beneficial for pain relief, anxiety reduction, and improving sleep quality through natural energy flow.
Crystal Healing
Crystal therapy utilises electromagnetic properties of stones to rebalance biomagnetic fields around the body. Practitioners place selected crystals on clothed clients to release stress, support recovery, and activate self-healing mechanisms. Training courses teach intuitive crystal selection and grounding techniques for personal and professional use.
Past Life Regression
Past life regression therapy explores subconscious memories from perceived previous lives to resolve emotional or psychosomatic issues. This hypnosis-based technique helps address phobias, recurring patterns, and unexplained behavioural traits through guided exploration of potential past-life experiences.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy induces deep relaxation to access subconscious thought patterns, replacing negative beliefs with positive suggestions. Effective for anxiety reduction, trauma release, and behaviour modification through suggestion hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis techniques during focused therapeutic sessions.
Ear Candling
Hopi ear candling uses beeswax candles to gently remove ear impurities and rebalance ear pressure. This natural therapy addresses sinusitis, tinnitus, and stress-related conditions through controlled heat application and post-treatment facial massage with lymphatic drainage techniques.
