We produce food that we like to eat and hope that you enjoy eating yours as much as we enjoyed making it for you. Our kitchen extension has increased our production capacity. We are now able to deliver more business platters and provide outside catering for weekday events. I am Jenn, the owner of The Sweet Life and a fully qualified pastry chef.
I really enjoyed my time learning at Westminster College, London. I know that this training was just a beginning for me and I am learning new skills and techniques every day. There have been many memorable and exciting moments in my life, none out-rank the joy of having my dream business. Doing the work that I love and creating food that I am proud to put my name to is always challenging.

We no longer operate from Rhodes Avenue, Bishops Stortford and have moved to new premises in Elsenham, where we offer a pre-paid Click-and-Collect service. We also accept orders placed online (by 11am) for same day delivery. Secure online payments can be made online with most debit/credit cards.

We offer a range of platters for your business meeting or event. Most platters are priced on a per person / item basis, some will require a minimum quantity. Your platter order can be customised to suit you and your guests. Order online or call us to make your selection. We will help you regarding the finer details.
Food Truck - Hot / Cold Lunch Deliveries

Our range of hot and cold food, including specials is changing daily so please check on the van when it calls. You can also order online for wider choice and direct delivery to your home or office. See everything that is available by browsing the individual sections of our website. Our Signature range is only available for direct delivery.
Salad Boxes

Our salad boxes are made using the finest fresh ingredients and delivered directly to you. We are very fussy about the ingredients we choose and hand select all of our fresh produce daily. Our fish and meat is always selected for flavour and from local suppliers where possible. Our meats are selected by us personally, we are particularly pleased to buy our award winning pork products from Gt Garnetts family farm in Gt Dunmow.
